SPECIFICATION: This Viscosity apparatus  is consists of an iron stand of three rods on a strong base and also consists a deep graduated acrylic tube. The lower end of the acrylic tube is closed by a rubber cork. It works on the principal to determine resistance of flow at different shear rates. When  a spherical body moves down through an infinite column of highly viscous liquid, It drags the layer of the liquid in contact with it. As a result, the body experiences a retarding force.
